REPAIR POLICY

• On receipt of goods, we will endeavour to repair the faults for the price quoted.

• We will repair the fault mentioned by the customer and any other obvious fault found during the repair.

• If the repair requires expensive components some additional cost may be incurred.

• The Customer will be informed of the additional cost. The repair will only be carried out with the customers consent.

•  If for any reason Nova Electronics decide not to carry out the repairs there will be a small charge for the inspection.

• All work carried out comes with a One Month Guarantee from the date the equipment is collected from Nova Electronics.
